Jason Dudek

Jason Dudek PHR, SHRM-CP, is a certified professional in Human Resources with more than 20 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources, including talent engagement strategy, total compensation, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, employee wellness and safety, and employee training. His professional experience spans retail, engineering, and aerospace and defense, having worked for fortune 500 companies of Target, Home Depot and Raytheon Technologies.
Dudek serves as the director of HR at Mountain Park Health Center, where he is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s human capital strategy. This includes oversight of the teams and infrastructure necessary to effectively support rapid business growth through HR operations excellence.
Prior to Mountain Park Health Center, Dudek was HR Operations Center Director at Raytheon Missiles & Defense (formerly Raytheon Missiles Systems), where he was responsible for the strategic direction of 80 subject matter experts in the areas of HR operations, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, employee & labor relations, and HR Compliance. He helped to create and drive the business’ HR strategic road map, provide operational vision and alignment, and deliver HR operational support to a $52B business with more than 16,000 salaried and 1,800 bargaining unit employees across seven states and three countries.
In 2019, he and his team hired more than 3,300 engineers and other professionals to support business growth while, at the same time, reducing overall recruiting costs by $750,000. This help to realize a substantial reduction of time to fill by 15 days, for which Dudek was nominated for a Raytheon Missile Systems’ Presidents Award the following year. Additionally, under his direction, the business grew its representation of People of Color and females by 5.2 percent over a four-year period to further its progress toward its diversity and inclusion goals.
Dudek has held a number of other positions, including HR director for Engineering and Quality & Mission Assurance, where he was responsible for providing human resources services to more than 6,000 engineers. Prior to Raytheon, Dudek was an HR manager for The Home Depot where he was responsible for forecasting and analyzing workforce-planning data, succession planning, and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) plan development and execution. He was also the regional HR training captain responsible for training of incoming HR managers in four districts with 28 stores. He opened five new stores in the Michigan market.
Personally, Dudek has a strong commitment to community service. For the past two years, he has been a board member for Linkages (401c3), whose mission is to increase the employment of veterans and individuals with disabilities. He has also contributed to a number of different organizations and
nonprofits, including DIRECT advocacy and resource center, Pima Community College Workforce Development and appointment to AZ State Personnel Board. While at Raytheon, Dudek started an internship program for underrepresented students in the community. This $1.1M+ investment helped build a sustainable, long- term local talent pool.
Dudek is proud alum of Eastern Michigan, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration – Management. He is a PHR Certified Professional in Human Resources HRCI, a SHRM Certified Professional and holds a Labor Relations Professional Certificate from the HR Policy Association.
