Our E-Filing system allows you to easily upload documents such as; request forms, motions, and notices. In addition to other items needing submission or review. Simply click the upload button and find the saved document from your files, after, click upload and submit. Thereafter, you’ll receive a confirmation email that your submission was received and a staff member will follow up with you in a timely matter, if needed.

• Subpoena Request (In a word of pdf. document if multiple subpoenas are needed)
  • Must include first and last name, along with agency/department, if a current employee.
